AOC Chooses NAWT to Protect a National Treasure
And no, we’re not talking about that AOC. We’re referring to the Architect of the Capitol—the team of elite engineers and preservationists who maintain the U.S. Capitol complex, ensuring its function and legacy are preserved for future generations.
They recently turned to NAWT’s WELLAN 2000® technology to solve a complex problem: safeguarding a historic fountain on the Capitol grounds.
The Challenge: Delicate Fixtures, No Room for Error
The fountain features original historic fixtures that cannot be replaced. This rules out chlorine-based treatments, which would damage the fragile materials.
Instead, the AOC uses sodium bromide—a gentler biocide. But over time, sodium bromide has a downside: it crystallizes inside pipes and pumps, causing:
- Flow restrictions
- Pump inefficiency
- Increased energy usage
- Shortened equipment lifespan
- Mineral buildup on historic fixtures
These issues required extensive maintenance and risked damaging irreplaceable infrastructure.

The Solution: WELLAN 2000® Technology in the NAWT Collar
Engineered with German precision, the NAWT Collar uses WELLAN 2000® technology to emit a harmonic wave, which prevents sodium bromide from crystallizing—keeping the entire system clean, efficient, and low maintenance.
And it does so with zero environmental footprint:
- No electricity
- No magnets
- No chemicals
- No maintenance
Eliminate the chemicals. Save energy. Forget maintenance.
That’s the power of WELLAN 2000® – Made in Germany, by Klaus Wagner.
A Modern Solution for Historic Preservation
Thanks to the NAWT Collar, the U.S. Capitol’s fountain system continues to run efficiently—preserving history with cutting-edge, eco-friendly technology.
This installation is a testament to the performance, reliability, and innovation behind WELLAN 2000® technology—and how it’s being used today to protect some of the most treasured landmarks in the country.

WELLAN 2000® | Our mission: Better water
WELLAN 2000®: No chemicals, no electricity, no magnets, no maintenance
Ultrafine vibrations from quantum physics are the solution!
Works in stagnant as well as fast flowing water, stops rusting and oxidation, clears pipes, improves drinking water quality.
Although this water improvement technology and its effects are not yet widely known, it is already being used in many other areas. Think of computer technology, magnetic stripes on credit cards, photography, CDs, and so on. There are renowned physicists working on the development of a quantum computer. One would like to use the storage capacity of a liquid molecule, e.g. water, which is infinite on a certain level.
Thus, the function and effectiveness of the WELLAN 2000® has nothing to do with faith, but it is simply a forward-looking technology from quantum physics, which offers many interesting possibilities. Our products prove this. WELLAN 2000® for: Private households and industry. We can look back on over a zillion very satisfied customers. Sales are made throughout Germany and worldwide.
WELLAN 2000® has the right solution for every water problem. The thickest pipe diameter of the pipeline, which was equipped with WELLAN 2000®, was 40 inches. It is worth pointing out once again that our water treatment system, not only frees the pipes and stops rusting and oxidation, but “WELLAN 2000®” makes a significant contribution to tackling our environmental problems.
Maintenance of the water circulation is no longer necessary.
Please note:
From August 1, 2024 until probably July 31, 2028, the sales regions USA and Canada will be represented exclusively by our Global Strategy Partner EHS.
The effectiveness of our rings remains unaffected.Thank you for your attention.
