Our products: The WELLAN® Power Ring
In addition to the Biosignal Water Treater, our products also include the WELLAN® Power Ring. This is also a ring that influences liquid or the information in the liquid. Unlike the water treaters, the WELLAN® Power Ring is not mounted around a water line, but is attached to a gasoline line in a car or to an oil heating line. Furthermore, it is also possible to pass the gasoline through the WELLAN® power ring when refueling. To do this, the nozzle is inserted through the small power ring and the fuel is filled as usual. When refueling, the information from the WELLAN® power ring is passed through the nozzle to the fuel and absorbed by it. The WELLAN® power ring is both a “gasoline saver” and a “heating oil saver”.
What is the WELLAN® Power Ring made of?
The WELLAN® power ring is the product of many years of research and development. It consists of a recipe of various metals, including the components of aluminum and silicon. Silicon is an established material, particularly in the field of computer chip manufacture, and is ideally suited for information transmission. The information to be transmitted in the form of ultra-fine oscillations is modulated onto the WELLAN® power ring using special laser technology. The frequencies and signals stored on the subatomic can later be delivered to the corresponding liquid through a wide variety of suitable materials, including plastic, iron or copper – in this case, to the fuel or heating oil. The WELLAN® power ring does not require electricity, magnetism or chemicals to perform its functions. In addition, it does not wear out, but transmits the signals and information continuously and without further intervention.
Function of the WELLAN® power ring
The mode of operation of the WELLAN® power ring is based on ultra-fine vibrations that are “stored” on the ring using laser technology. At the subatomic level, therefore, the particles are in constant oscillation, even though the power ring itself does not emit any perceptible motion. Immediately after installation or attachment to the nozzle, the WELLAN® power ring transmits the information to the fuel or heating oil. The materials between the liquid and the power ring are not an obstacle in this transfer – the signals are delivered through them to the liquid. The latter absorbs the information and is influenced or positively changed by it. Essentially, the order of the small particles in the fuel or heating oil is changed, resulting in a finer mixture. This is also referred to as improved viscosity or improved lubricity.

Advantages of the WELLAN® Power Ring
The WELLAN® power ring represents a forward-looking technology. By influencing the fuel or heating oil, improved lubricity (viscosity) and combustion can be achieved, which is more efficient and thus more economical. It also reduces the production of pollutants such as carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), various nitrogen oxides (NOX) and sulfur dioxide (SO2). The power ring can therefore reduce the environmental impact of exhaust gases, while itself also not requiring any conditions that can be harmful to the environment (such as electricity and the resulting electrosmog).
With today’s generally accepted scientific methods, the effect of the WELLAN® Power Ring can unfortunately not be proven. The effect is particularly noticeable in an easier driving behavior, which has already been confirmed by numerous satisfied customers in Germany as well as worldwide. Our findings are based on alternative concepts and the enthusiastic testimonials of our users.
Assembly of the WELLAN® power ring
The WELLAN® Power Ring can be used in two different ways. It can be mounted both on the fuel oil system and on the engine system. In these cases, installation should always be carried out by a specialist workshop to ensure fault-free installation. When installing, please also note the space for the outer diameter of the ring.
Another possible application is to refuel through the power ring. Here, the WELLAN® power ring with the arrow in the direction of flow is guided from above over the nozzle. Then insert the nozzle into the tank opening as usual and refuel through the power ring, so to speak. To avoid soiling the power ring after refueling, it is best to return the nozzle to a vertical position and remove the ring upwards. This can then be stored until the next refueling operation.
Also, when refilling or changing the engine oil, the WELLAN® power ring can be placed on the opening of the oil vessel as previously described in the case of refueling. It also has a positive influence on the engine oil and can thus support the longevity of the engine.
For which fuel is the WELLAN® Power Ring suitable?
The WELLAN® power ring works with a range of fuels, including regular gasoline, premium gasoline, diesel and biodiesel. The Power Ring can also be used with fuels such as heating oil without any problems.
What can I expect in terms of maintenance? Are there any other costs?
After installation, users do not have to expect any further maintenance or servicing. The WELLAN® power ring continuously emits its ultra-fine vibrations without wearing out. It does not require electricity, nor does it rely on magnetism or chemicals. Also, when applying via the nozzle, you do not have to worry about further costs or measures.
Support the mode of action of the WELLAN® Power Ring – this is how it works
With the fuel improved by the power ring, a noticeable improvement in engine performance can be achieved. The prerequisite for improved driving performance is that the driver maintains his original driving style. The performance of the engine can also be increased with engine oil poured through the power ring. In this case, the entire engine oil does not have to be “treated” by the WELLAN® Power Ring when changing or topping up in order to produce the desired effect. A few 100 milliliters are enough to improve the oil or its lubricity.
To ensure faultless and sustained operation of the ring, particular care should be taken not to bring it into contact with electromagnetic fields.
The effect of the power ring can save up to 20 percent oil or fuel.
